What began as a collaboration with a Licensed Master Plumber soon became a calling. Farah immersed herself completely—learning the trade from the inside out. From site visits and system design to handling permits, violations, inspections, and Department of Buildings compliance, she learned to navigate every challenge with grace and determination. Her knowledge doesn’t come from theory—it’s been earned, step by step, alongside the very workers and clients she now leads and supports.
